Health and Wellbeing

Retirement Plan

Expedient’s 401(k) is managed through the reputable Vanguard Group. Employees earn a 100% match up to 3.5% of their pre-tax and post-tax wage; the vesting schedule is complete after only 2 years.

Paid Time Off

Expedient employees begin earning paid time off upon their start and are entitled to 3 weeks for their first 2 years; 4 weeks after 2 years, 5 weeks after 7 years. We also provide 9 paid holidays plus your birthday!

Parental Leave

All Expedient employees, both moms and dads, receive paid time off to spend with family upon the happy event of the arrival of a child.
