Global investment management firm will fuel Expedient’s next phases of growth as a leading enterprise cloud provider
Pittsburgh, PA – 3 December 2019 – Expedient, a leading enterprise cloud computing and data center infrastructure as a service (IaaS) provider, today announced that it has been acquired by global investment management firm InfraBridge, from former parent Landmark Media Enterprises, LLC.
The acquisition, which was first announced in October 2019, was completed on December 2 following customary closing conditions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
InfraBridge acquisition will drive Expedient’s next phases of growth, which include continued expansion of its enterprise cloud points of delivery across the United States. There are no operational changes planned as part of this transaction; the senior management team of Expedient will continue in their current capacities. Clients, vendors, partners and other stakeholders will notice no material changes in their relationships with the company and should expect ongoing excellence under the new ownership.
